Registration - Hours of Operation

 

Registration area is located on level 600 of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building.

For badge pick-up or to register on-site, the following are the hours of operation for registration and the exhibits floor.

Thurs, May 4

  7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Fri, May 5

  7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Sat, May 6

  7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Thurs, May 4

  9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Frid, May 5

  9:00 am – 5:30 pm

 No exhibits on Saturday, May 6!

 

CONFERENCE BADGE

An official name badge is required for entry into all courses and the Exhibit Hall.  All registration information is encoded in the barcode on the name badge.  Registration information includes all open (free) sessions, ticketed ($) sessions that you have registered for, as well as the Exhibit Hall.

Your badge may also include a physical ticket for 1 free drink at the Thursday and/or Friday cocktail receptions.

 

LOST BADGE AND TICKET REPLACEMENT

The replacement fee for lost badges or tickets is $15. Attendees are required to show proof of purchase and picture identification to receive a replacement. Go to the Registration Desk on level 600 in the South Building at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to replace your lost badge and tickets.

 

BADGE SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions must be made in writing by 11:59 pm on March 20. After March 20, badges and tickets must be picked up on-site. Please remember to bring the badge and tickets with you on-site to Registration, Level 600, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building.  Substitutions can only be made within the same categories; for example, a registration for an ODA Dentist can only be substituted with another ODA Dentist.   Fax to: Attn: 2016 ODA Annual Spring Meeting 508-743-9616

 

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY

Request for cancellations and refunds for conference registration and workshops must be in writing and postmarked no later than March 20, 2017. Refunds that are requested after this date will not be granted, including requests made based on absence due to illness, late arrival for courses, weather, and/or parking difficulties.  A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.  All refunds will be processed by Friday, June 12, 2017.  Please mail all cancellation requests to:  2017 ODA Annual Spring Meeting, c/o Convention Data Services 107 Waterhouse Road Bourne, MA 02532 USA.
